Terms & Condition :::
1.The Intending allot tee has applied for registration for allotment of flats\plots\resort with full knowledge and subjects to all laws, notification and rules applicable to this area, which has been fully explained by the company and understudy by him\her. The allude has fully satisfied himself about the interest and the title of the company in the land, understands all limitations and obligations in respect of it and there will no investigation, objection or litigation by the intending allotted in this regard.
2.The Company shall have the right to effect suitable and necessary alteration in the layout plan or change the site or otherwise any government or administrative force to change
the same for which allot tee will not have any objection or litigation and will have the plot wherever the company could provide him.
3.The Intending allot tee will comply with the terms of payment and other terms and conditions of allotment and sales. In case the installment is delayed, the intending allot tee shall pay interest, calculated from the due date of outstanding amount @ 21% per annum, compounded at the time of every succeeding installment. Even then, if the intending allot tee fails to pay the
installment with interest, the company shall forfeit the amount paid by him for registration of plot\flats and the allotment shall stand cancelled and he\she shall be left with no lien on the flat\plot and no claim for any amount. Gee amount if any, paid over the registration amount shall be refunded with out any interest by the venders after adjustment of interest on delayed payment and deduction of administrative expenses @ 25% of total sale consideration paid by
the allot tee.
4.If there is any dispute in the land or in case of any problem or objection from the government department because of any prevailing law or any other law which may come in force any time in near future, registration amount shall be returned to the allot tee (after deducting administrative charges @ 25%), with an simple saving bank interest of 5% per annum and the company shall
not be liable for any other compensation penalty or damage on this account what so ever.
